Three Highlights of the 2025 Ford Expedition

1. The Space

The new Ford Expedition is a large SUV that commands the road. It’s available in two vehicle lengths, the standard model and the Expedition MAX. The Expedition MAX is approximately 12 inches longer than the regular wheelbase model and provides extra interior space and extra cargo space. It has seating for seven to eight passengers, depending on the seat configuration.

The standard model has a total of 108.5 ft.³ of cargo space behind the first row and 22.9 ft.³ with all rows intact. The Ford Expedition MAX model has a total of 123.1 ft.³ of cargo space behind the first row and 37.4 ft.³ behind the third row.

2. The Versatility

Drivers interested in the Ford Expedition can choose from four models: the Expedition Active, the Expedition Platinum, the Expedition Tremor, and the Expedition King Ranch.

The Ford Expedition King Ranch is the highest trim with BlueCruise hands-free driver assistance technology, the Driver’s Package, 22-inch Sinister Bronze wheels, a leather interior, first-row heated and ventilated seating, captain’s chairs, and it comes in six exterior color options. The Expedition Tremor is a popular model that’s perfect for off-roading.

It has 33-inch all-terrain tires, a 440 hp 3.5L EcoBoost V6 high output engine, and the addition of Rock Crawl mode for effortless off-roading. Inside, there are Tremor logos throughout the vehicle, second row captain’s chairs, a panoramic 24-inch display, and a 13.2-inch center touchscreen. Drivers can also choose from eight exterior color options.

3. The Interior Amenities

Inside the new Ford Expedition, you’ll find a 24-inch panoramic display that comes standard on all four models, where you can access vehicle information, navigation, music, apps, data, and more. It also has a Flex Powered console that slides back and forth to adjust and increase storage in the center of the vehicle.

It also has an available panoramic vista roof with two panels and an available B&O sound stage for excellent in-vehicle sound. Drivers can also choose four interior packages: the Tremor, the Platinum, the Stealth Appearance Package, and the King Ranch. Each has specific amenities, like the Tremor, which has third-row seats with ActiveX seating materials, power-folding headrests, and leather-trimmed captain’s chairs.
